Tank empty, and not even to wash the exterior. Never mind detail the interior. You'd expect it as a thank you for your purchase. Every car ive bought come spotless. Cant say the same here. Nothing sketchy otherwise smooth process
I bought a Honda Element from Twin Oaks. If you know Elements, they are hard to find in good condition. It looked good and they said it was in good shape underneath and after having it checked by my mechanic he confirmed it was. The price was fair and they followed through with everything they said they'd do and overall I am happy with the experience and the purchase.
I recently visited this dealership to inquire about the vehicle and I must say I had pretty bad experience, the sales person I think his name was James Johnston has zero customer service skills and very rude, I called before coming and mentioned I would be there in half an hour, reached there on time still wait for him around 45 minutes but he didn't acknowledge any thing on top of that showing attitude and rudeness. I asked for test drive he bring the car parked outside put the plates and not even bother to sit inside the car and explain anything but asked me to go for test drive without him, not sure what OMVIC and dealership laws says about that but I felt terrible and very un professional attitude. After test drive I asked it’s seems loaded car but don’t have rear entertainment screen his answer was “I have experience with Kia no idea for Honda” again terribly unprofessional response. Additionally, the vehicle was not clean or presentable condition, neither inside nor out, and the key fob was not functioning as well — and of course salesperson had no idea about that. Overall, the experience was disappointing and felt like a waste of time. I would not recommend this dealership based on the lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and the unprepared condition of the vehicle.
