Great shop for tires and fine tuning. Been going to them for years. Great pricing on rubber and rims and service always on point. Beats the dealerships hands down.
Booked an appointment for Winter Tires. Got a great price on 4 new Michelin tires, new rims and installation. The guys here are great, they schedule appointments so that you don't have to wait long and they work hard to keep customers satisfied.
Have had Boost Theory work on all my cars for the last decade and have been happy every time. Honesty and ability to perform work correctly are a consistent attributes from this shop.
They missed my call but the staff returned my call quickly. The guy actually took the time to look at a picture of my problem where other shops dismissed me. They were unable to help me but I was super impressed with the effort.
Would have rated 5 stars but, I had a few minor issues during my experience. Hard to get in touch with them via phone call. Also, they were supposed to e-mail me a diagnostic report the next day but, failed to do so. It's been over 2 weeks! Still have not received the diagnostic report. On the positive side. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. Offered me a bunch of cold beverages, gave me a discount, and had FREE wi-fi in the waiting room. Without said issues mentioned above, it would have been a perfect experience. It's just a bit inconvenient, as I live 1 hour away. So I'd have to drive all the way there just to receive the diagnostic report. All in all. Good shop. Just needs better customer service or an extra employee working the front desk to answer customer phone calls and send customer emails.
Simply put - these guys are great! Very competitive prices, probably the best around! In addition to wheels and tyres they have done some balancing/alignment work for me. I had a speed wobble at 130kmph on 2014 Q7 TDI that 3 other shops couldn't correct (Including some other very well known local shops). After Burning Rubber's 1st attempt the balance was dead on, at all speeds! Superb on all fronts
