I just had my latest experience with Vito and the team at Complete Auto Body, and it was top notch in all respects. As a lawyer with 30 years' experience working in the insurance industry, more recently transitioning into a career as a mediator and arbitrator, I would hope I can spot expert service when I see it. Following recent extensive hail damage to my Lexus SUV -- almost $15K damage -- Lexus of Oakville referred me to their longstanding trusted auto body vendor, none other than the specialists at Complete Auto Body. As with past repairs, this time around, Complete Auto Body again did a stellar job with all the repairs, and, as importantly, as in the past, Vito and the rest of the team were again so professional, expeditious and friendly, providing immediate responses to inquiries by text, and working seamlessly with the insurer, Chubb, throughout the claims process. Vito even recognized me after my last auto property damage claim about 15 years ago, and I immediately recognized his friendly face and genial personality, and was reassured that my sizeable insurance claim was being placed in his fully capable hands. When I dropped off the vehicle on their premises, Isabella treated me to an exceptional espresso at their office, which was almost as good as the one I received today when picking up the repaired vehicle a mere 2 weeks later. Sometimes even the small details that differentiate businesses from their competitors can make a world of difference! I fully understand why Lexus of Oakville exclusively uses Complete Auto Body as their repair vendor, as Complete Auto Body consistently does exceptional work, second to none, and always in an impressively professional, friendly and enthusiastic manner. I will always insist on Complete Auto Body to do repairs on my vehicles, and I would fully recommend others to likewise place their faith and trust in this exceptional Oakville business. I recently had a very good experience at “Complete Auto Body & Collision” which made a very bad situation, of someone badly damaging my car, turn out better than I could have imagined! As I couldn’t drive my car “Complete Auto Body…” got me a rental car very fast and they had my car less time than originally estimated! I got my car back in excellent condition and the workmanship is so good it’s hard to believe how the car looked when it was brought in! I believe “Complete Auto Body…” went beyond what was required for my car and I am very grateful…
Horrible people tow truck people. Unprofessional tows cars in parking lots for money and charge prices beyond what Oakville allows and holds cars hostage and threatens to make your life more difficult for you if you don’t pay right way and charge extra for credit and would not share their name “due to safety reasons”

I took my 2018 Toyota Highlander hybrid to Complete AB&C on August 7. In the spring, I had scraped the driver side fender against the jamb of the garage door. I was sure I was in for an expensive repainting job at an autobody shop in Nepean where I live (I was visiting my parents for that weekend). Vito looked at it, went to get some commercial grade paint thinner, and after a minute or two , he had removed the door jamb paint. I pulled out my wallet, and he said "No charge" It's rare to hear that these days. Thank you, Vito!
