Jerry at Franco’s Automotive was not only extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with… he was an honest mechanic. I went to him after being told my break pads were shot by another mechanic. I had my doubts. Jerry took a look at my car and did not try to do any work that wasn’t needed on my car…. And actually took the time to show me why my brake pads were actually in excellent condition. I highly recommend his business and will definitely be going back.

Worst auto shop I have ever seen. Yesterday I took a driving noise diagnostic in this shop. He took a 5 minutes test drive and gave me an “honest” suggestion “ to replace all tires, shocks and bearings” and then charged me 60 bucks diagnostic fee. This suggestion is completely nonsense which I can figure out by my heel. I’m lucky he didn’t ask me to replace my car. Thank you Jerry! If you run your business with this kind of “honest”, God will “bless” you.
Gerry is honest and tells you what your vehicle needs without up selling you options you don't require! You could possibly leave there without paying a dime rather then mortgaging your house that's how honest this man is.
