They say humility is a virtue, but the guy at front desk here has none of it. Like some other reviews have noted earlier, he is a very rude guy - not willing to accommodate reasonable circumstances. Save yourselves from the hassle of dealing with unnecessary rudeness. Take your business to any of the numerous other garages who offer better services and even better attitude. He certainly seems in no need of business. Edit: wrt. the owner's response below - It was a genuine situation due to which I couldn't keep the appointment and called him as soon as I could. But, that's not enough for him - didn't care to consider the circumstance and was just plain grumpy that he lost business. Well, he wouldn't have lost my business had he been polite. Now for sure he has lost my business for ever!
You know….Jim is a good guy..you can tell he’s just regular good dude that has had 1 too many customers ruin his day. Just don’t be one of those customers and he will take care of you with some of the most competitive prices and top notch work…..just make sure you book!
I have used this garage on three occasions now and find them to be honest and competent. The owner (Jim) has stated that he does not want to work on my vehicle anymore because it is too old. I understand his decision (somewhat!) but have had to downgrade my rating as a result from 5* to 3* as he limits himself to dealing with vehicles under a certain age.
Fantastic work and squeezed me in to a full calendar. They advised me on work that did not have to be done, rather than try to "find" issues like other mechanics do. Very reasonable prices and showed me what needed to replaced/fixed and why. 5 stars!
