For a service centre that specializes in tires, not a good experience at all. Had winter tires put onto existing rims. First issue - the tires are under inflated. I had even specified the psi that the tires should be at (as today the weather is warmer than usual). So this means when the temp drops by 10-15 degrees, the pressure will drop 4-5 psi. If my wheels are currently at 37 psi, this means they will be soft when it gets cold. So this is a big concern that technicians doing the tire service do not understand this basic concept and safety measure. Second issue. - I keep my vechile very clean and scratch free. I pointed out to them that one of my rims now has a very deep and prominent scratch front and centre on my rim. You can tell the scratch was fresh as there is no corrosion and the edges still had paint flakes. The response was "we can't say if this happened while here or not?!" Considering the service was not cheap (average cost for the industry), you would expect things to be done correctly.
I should have read the reviews before coming here. They charged me $65 bucks to re-attach my undercarriage panal that came loose. Renato came out and justified it by saying, its alot of work, we have to lift the car, put new clips, $59 just to lift the car on hoist. Wow so much labour. Lol. I definetly wont come back here.
Currently filing a police report against these guys as they damaged my vehicle and are denying it. I went in for a simple oil change, they drained my car oil without telling me they didn’t have a new filter to use - they ordered it having me wait about an hour. I get my car back, the steering wheel is completely scratched and the owner Mauricio is denying that he or his staff had anything to do with it. Im short, so I drive close to the wheel. This guys employee got in without putting the seat back and scratched the wheel with his pants, I saw this happen. Mistakes happen and it’s ok but denying it is not & I think they should repair it. The steering wheel prior was almost brand new - 2 year old car that parks underground 0 scratches on it. These guys are pathetic, unprofessional cowards
Swung by this place on a whim to ask how much they’d charge to swap my winter tires for summer ones—just a simple tire switch onto the same rims. They hit me with a $250 quote! I had the exact same thing done in Etobicoke for $84. Unless these tires come with a personal butler or a spa day, I’m not sure where that extra $166 is going. Three times the price, zero times the sense!
Garbage customer service came in for them to try to remove a lug nut and they turned me down? What tire shop does that. Woman and guy from trafalgar gas location working

Scammers... went there to repair flat Michelin tire 1 year old ,they repair it but informed me that i have change all 4 tires because my are damage already (tire mostly last 6 years ) and not many km on them .... ofcourse they push to buy garbage Goodyear.. be careful ....
