To our surprise, he told us there would be no charge for the service. This thoughtful and generous gesture left us very impressed and grateful. We purchased an electric motorcycle from this location on June 28th from an employee there named Mav. The bike began malfunctioning minutes after leaving, we’ve sent many messages to his personal profile unfortunately he has not bothered to respond. We are out thousands of dollars due to this sketchy sale and no communication we have been left with no other option but to post this review in hopes Mav will contact us.
Seems like the owner is a pretty genuine guy. I got winters here and the team warned me of a few problems with my suspension. The owner was willing to talk me through it and suggest the proper parts for me to do it on my own time. Great business, would recommend.
