This is my go-to place for all my car needs. They’re reliable, fast, and offer fair prices. My first time here, they were able to diagnose a rattling noise that another shop couldn’t figure out, and I’ve been back several times for regular maintenance and repairs. The owner and the tech who works there are really nice and honest about the work that needs to be done. Highly recommend!
Zack and his team were very professional, friendly and service-oriented. excellent customer service. I made an appointment in advance. He gave me various options for the work that I needed and explained it clearly. I ended up getting my radiator and brakes replaced. He made sure it was all completed in the same day. This was very helpful as I live in Mississauga. The prices are fair and reasonable. I will return in the future. My sincere thanks to you and your team!
I always feel like I get fair and professional service when I take my CRV to Zack's Auto. Unfortunately that can be hard to find sometimes so I'm glad to know that Zack's is an option.
So glad I found Zack awhile back when I stopped in by chance while driving by his shop to get a few hard to change bulbs replaced on my 2008 Mustang. Since then I’ve taken it in a few times for some major work and Zack has been nothing but professional and honest with me and very economically priced for the amount of work that’s been needed to get done on it this year. He is a man of integrity and keeps his word, his estimates are always reasonable. I would recommend him to anyone and have given out his business card to a few of my friends and co-workers. Staff attitude and Service quality was satisfactory. Came through Groupon. They still charged me $11 on top of it for tax and oil disposal charge. Wasn't expecting this.
