I used to shop here a lot and the staff was really nice to me. But last time I came here on september 6th with my friends, they were so rude. My friends and I didn't cause any trouble, my friends just talked amongst themselves while I was shopping. The girl who helped me with the change rooms was really sweet though. I bought a top and the other girl who cashed me out was so snarky and unfriendly. I was about to greet her nicely when she rudely asked me "Cash or Card?!" I told her to have a nice day and she didnt even respond. When my friends and I left the store she gave us a dirty look and said something to the 3rd associate. She didn't even try to hide it lmao She was short and had brown hair. Please hire better staff.
staff here are not welcoming, are extremely rude, and make the entire shopping experience uncomfortable You walk in, they are standing there talking to each other, and it feels like you are interrupting No one offers helps, greets you, etc Been here twice and it was the same experience. Looking at past reviews… this is a chronic issue that management is not addressing.
I was shopping for my teenage daughter the other day at oakville’s Place Garage. Staff were rude, unprofessional, not helpful. I was appalled, customer service is not what they are familiar with. I understand, this brand is popular amongst young girls, and this particular store is close to where I live. But come on shopping doesn’t have to be so unpleasant!!!
i just wanna say its unfortunate that most of the employees are misreble like if you hate your job that much leave these young girls have no idea what customer service is. i go to try on two items the employee i wasnt sure what her name was but she was asian i beleive and working fitting rooms leaning on the wall in the change room texting on her phone i said can i try these items on and she said bluntly go into whatever room is open she was extremely miserable and caught me so off gaurd yikes garage find new employees please thats embarrassing!
I want to start by saying if I could give 0 stars, I would. Employees that work here really shouldn’t, no customer service skills at all!! Two girls were too busy talking the entire time while cashing me out that they forgot to remove the security tag on my top. I will no longer support this location EVER. Please don’t waste your time at this location, Square One and Queen West locations are so much better!!!
Over the past few years, shopping at this location has been extremely disappointing. Even when the store is empty I am never greeted or checked on while trying clothes on. Usually all employees stand behind the cash talking rather than assisting customers.
Had a terrible experience at garage today. The workers were completely unbothered when I came in, did not greet me or even acknowledge me. They were busy having their own conversation by the cash. The rudest sales girls I have ever seen. They Just lost a big client.
