Selling $100 pants that fall apart in two days. Also refused a return of the unworn pair that was missing a tag by referencing some “policy”. Have you ever heard of an expression “the customer is always right”? I’ll take my business to George Richards Big&Tall in Heartland.
The customer service felt nice but it was so expensive! I picked up a shirt that was ok quality and looked at the price tag was speechless when I saw the price was $89.99. I can’t ever justify spending 90 on a shirt. Being tall is hard
I've driven past other retail locations and have been going to this store for at least 10 years now because the service was always so good and friendly. After my recent visit with these current employees, I can safely say I'm never coming back.
Great customer service and friendly staff. Small location but has many name brands such as Ralph Lauren, Bench, etc. Which are exclusive as well as other great brands. There are suits and casual wear as well as outwear in this location as well.
The Staff was not nice to me upon finding that i wanted to return the stuff I bought online. He sarcastically suggested me to go to another store. Be prepared to deal with them firmly especially if you are returning the stuff purchased online. I have been in this store a number of times during last 12 years. However, in the last few years, I have noticed obvious difference in the staff behavior depending on how much money I spent in the store. This is definitely bad customer service as it is discriminatory based on how and how much money a customer is spending. Seems to be ownership change a few years back. The previous management was way better. I have also been to two Mississauga locations, Brampton location and Milton location of the Chain but this store is something different only due to the greed of the staff.
Mr. Big and Tall is great for the Right size. Plus designs are unique. Give it a try. I am not disappointed and neither is the love one I am giving it to. Customer service is professional.
When you are a bigger person, clothing options are scarce. This is one of my few locations. I just wish it wasn't so expensive and the quality was better.
