I had an incredible experience at Mark’s Work Warehouse at Oakville Place, thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by Trina. I was searching for a specific size that unfortunately wasn’t available on the sales floor. However, Trina went above and beyond by taking the initiative to check in the back for me, even after a long day. Her dedication and genuine care made all the difference! Not only did she find the size I needed, but she also made me feel valued as a customer throughout the process. Excellent, excellent, excellent customer service! Went Black Friday shopping yesterday. You know who’s awesome? A lovely staff named Summer helped me with jeans and finding a great pair, recommended sizes, style. I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent experience at your Mark's store. The customer service I received was exceptionally poor. Specifically, the staff at the cash register appeared to be unfamiliar with the store's reward program, resulting in confusion and frustration. Additionally, there seemed to be a lack of cooperation among staff members when addressing customer issues. As a long-time customer of Mark's, I have always been satisfied with my experiences. However, my recent visit to the new store was quite disappointing.
I came to the store everyone is very friendly and pleasant specially those lady in fitting room Farah. She helps me what I'm looking for I hope management recognize her good work.very friendly and always had a smile on her face. I'll be back for sure .thank you farah
Lets say that if you asked me about Marks several days ago you would have gotten a totally different answer. And it is saying an awful lot about the staff when you can turn a bad experience into a 5 star review. As a chain, i would not put Marks Work Warehouse as a goto shopping destination. It is one of those stores that is more of an Oh-yea i guess I should check there too places. For me it was looking for some large socks as i am one of those unlucky people with size 14 feet so regular socks are simply too tight and the heal doesnt fit. So after trying too many stores i figured I'd give Marks a try. They did have 1 pair of socks in stock that i bought but i needed closer to a dozen pairs. This is where many stores.let you down. They cater to the average and anyone who falls outside are simply marginalized. This is where the staff at Oakville South store really stepped up. They took the time to show me sock options i didn't know i had. Went and located multiple paira od socks in my size at other stores and then arranged to get them brought into their store for me but most of all treated me with respect and cairing so i left feeling like there is a store who really gets it. I ended up buying more than just socks and couldn't be much more happier and know where to go back to when i need more clothing.
