Horrible - bought a luxury purse that was way overpriced and final sale - no discussion about final sale and way cheaper on eBay - called owner and she refused to do a thing - purse was mismarked as large - won’t do there again - awful- would have not purchased if had known final sale - dirty and dishevelled store on top of a rude comment about extra large size of writer
If u wanna sell your clothes here,don’t come,I don’t even have car,I ordered the Uber to here and brought 6bags of clothes,the staff said she needs 30min to check those clothes,I was looking around in the store for only five minutes,then she told me she doesn’t wanna any one of my clothes,she even didn’t touched three bags of clothes,very rude and unprofessional…and the clothes that they’re selling are all sucks?
I brought in a couple of clothing items that I had only ever worn once to sell. The lady at the front counter looked at me and I could already tell she absolutely hated me. Without even looking at the items I had, she loudly told me that they only accept brand new clothes even though they were from nice retail stores as well. I tried to show that they were in perfect condition and she just scoffed and walked away. They absolutely mortified and treated me like I was a filthy piggy. Do not ever come here, they will treat u like actual swine. Even if you aren’t selling, their prices are absolutely absurd and you can purchase brand new for the same price, if not cheaper.
I read mixed reviews of this location before I went in. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were very nice and most of the prices were reasonably. I will definitely go again.
Chaotic experience. The store only advertises their merchandise on social media. I had contacted them on social media about a pair of shoes and called them right after they opened on a weekend day to see if the shoes were still there. I was put on hold and then told they were still available. After coming into the location, I waited 45 min for the individuals to finish opening up the store and was then told that the shoes were sold two days prior. They had already been picked up too so it must have been days before otherwise they would still be in the store. Hoping this was just a one-time experience! Would still try them again if I saw anything that catches my eye, but I will make sure it is there before driving.
Been coming here for the past year and always had a great selection in a variety of sizes. Went in today to get an outfit for an event last min. An associate name laura was amazing and helped me style an outfit. She was very friendly and went above and beyond.
Bought a ticket for their event was told on two separate days that the credit could be used to purchase through Instagram. Was informed today that it was an in person event and I would not get the credit. I found out it was the owner who spoke to. She said the staff that day did not know it couldn’t be used and had the audacity to say that if I had to ask twice I obviously knew it could not be used. I have spent over a thousand dollars at their store and used to recommend them to everyone. After the rudeness I experienced today from the owner no less, I will no longer be shopping there or recommending them. I have worked in Customer Service for over 10 years, this is not how you deal with customers. Update: In response to your reply I asked two separate staff members if I had to attend to receive credit and they said no, please do not try to make me look like I am at fault when I have the screenshots to prove it.
