I have purchased 3 items from bluboho featuring gemstones; 2 rings and a necklace pendant. Of those 3 pieces of jewelry, the gemstones have fallen out of 2. The necklace was worn daily, and it's unknown when the stone fell out but the gemstone fell out of the ring within 5 minutes of it being worn. I am yet to give the third ring. It was a substantial purchase and frankly I am quite nervous that the stone will fall out as it has in my past 2 experiences. I only buy these products because they are requested as gifts. In my experience they are of very poor construction and that is not reflected in the pricetag.
My wife shops here quite often, and absolutely loves this location/ store. Staff is very helpful and friendly. They have a great product selection with some high end pieces. They stand behind their products and take care of a client when they have issues with their past purchases ! Definitely will be back for more ! :)
Absolutely in LOVE with Bluboho!!! Their jewelry is stunning & feminine. The quality is fantastic. The customer service online & in store is incredible!!! This is the only place I shop for jewelry now. They even help me style necklaces & make recommendations based on previous purchases when I’m in store.

I received my wedding bands today and they are simply gorgeous. The staff at bluboho Oakville is excellent. During my 4 visits to the store, each employee took their time to help me try on many different pieces (without being pushy about a sale). Because I needed a half-size, they made a custom order that was seamless and quick to be delivered. During my last visit I met Cheryl (the store owner) who is such a light! She took the time to make sure my rings were perfect and fitting correctly, and we chatted about my upcoming wedding. I will definitely be back in the future!
