I can't recommend Oakville Jewellery enough for anyone looking to make custom engagement rings! It was our first time here and we're welcome kindly by the staff. Stephanie helped us out with everything and answered all our questions right away and discussed with us how they create all their jewellery in house. We made a few visits to understand the diamond sizes and eventually discussed the design. They were able to do my design idea exactly to how I wanted, while being customized exactly for my finger, with a reasonable quote as well. After the entire process, they created the ring in less than 2 weeks, which was faster than what we expected! I am absolutely in love with my ring and can really tell it was made with the utmost care and craftsmanship. We are so happy we chose Oakville Jewellery and to support this local business! We will definitely be back!

This place is the absolute best ? They made a custom band for my estate wedding ring. My fiance and I are gushing in the car about it. Its absolutely perfect. They even shined up the ring to the heavens. The jeweler was lovely and easy to work with. They even finished it super quickly.
I dropped my ring off Monday evening to be sized and picked it up on Wednesday. The ring fits perfectly and was done so quickly. The service was incredible. Everyone there is passionate, warm, and truly cares about their work.
After having a ring on my finger that I couldn’t get off for a few years I tried taking it off last night, but had no success. After trying everything and going to the hospital, my mom tried calling them and they very kindly agreed to take a look at it (even though they had just closed on a Friday night). Once I got there we realized that since it was stainless steel, the tool normally used to cut rings off wasn’t going to work. To make a long story short, they went so far out of their way to help me get the ring off and the whole time they were extremely kind to my mother and I. I can’t recommend them enough, they really did go above and beyond for us and did their best to make us comfortable.
