Good customer service, very helpful staff
Terrible customer service. My daughter and I waited quietly for 10 minutes beside the customer who was being served by the sole salesperson. Not once did the salesperson look at us. All a customer needs is a smile or a nod, to know that the salesperson has acknowledged them. There were plenty of opportunities for the salesperson to tell us that she would be with us next, but she steadfastly ignored us, 3 feet away. When I eventually spoke to the salesperson, she was brusque. I do NOT recommend shopping at Michael Hill.
