I found a pair of earrings online last night that were on sale. I didn’t realize the sale ended today, but went in and showed a picture of the earrings to the sales woman. She said they had them, but they weren’t on sale as of today. She could have honoured the sale price as it was 12 hours after the sale ended. I had planned on sending my husband there to get me the chroma earrings and pendant for Xmas, but I won’t now. You just lost a $500 sale . Well done!
I always come to Swarovski, it’s one of my favourite jewelry stores. Riyam and Sarab make the experience in the store very nice and efficient. They see what you are looking for and do their absolute best to match it and help you find what you want. I absolutely recommend coming to this store.
I love Swarovski crystals their beautiful and amazing, got my mum a few gifts from here she loved them, my sister as well loves her moon pendant, and I didn’t even talk about how the walls are the best shade of pink, a nice light but still hot pink. I’ll be back for more
I bought this bracelet in February of 2025. And the rhinestones are falling out and it’s turning brown. Such a ripoff, I’m paying for quality not for temu quality jewellery. Such a disappointment. The quality has gone downhill over the years.

Went in the other day to get a replacement battery for one of my mom's Swarovski watches. Was browsing for a gift for my girlfriend in the meantime and the associate was so helpful because I had no clue what to buy. I FaceTimed my girlfriend and before I know I knew it she was talking directly to the associate who showed her amazing selections. I walked out with an amazing gift for her upcoming birthday, and she took me to a watch store in the mall to replace my mom's battery for free! Definitely coming back.
