We went in for a simple repair and were quoted almost double what another Oakville jeweller ended up charging us for the exact same work. The pricing felt way out of line compared to other reputable shops in town. We ultimately took our business elsewhere and received excellent service at a fair price.

The staff especially Linda is very warm and inviting, always able to provide honest advice on any jewellery pieces I have had repaired or appraised here. So here's another GEM in Oakville. I've been here several times over the years for jewelry repair and it was no different this time that I went. On this occasion I brought in my father for a watch band adjustment. We were greeted by a wonderful woman (Christina) with warm smiles. We did not have an appointment and luckily they were able to do the adjustment right away. While waiting for the repair my dad asked about resizing a ring that was his great grandfathers. Again we were lucky and the work was done while we waited. The jeweller is very skilled at what he does and a shout out to him. I believe his name is John. This is the customer service we all long for these days. I would definitely recommend this jewelry and repair shop that's sits across from the GO station in Oakville. Thank you for another wonderful experience. ?

I called for an estimate for a repair and was screamed at for not coming in and doing it in person. The gentleman on the phone was very rude and obnoxious, as a simple "it is easier to do this in person" would suffice. I cant justify supporting a store were basic customer service skills do not exist.
