I was recently at this location, and I was extremely uncomfortable witnessing a scene where a Black woman with short hair, who appeared to be the manager was loudly yelling at another employee in front of customers. The situation created a very hostile and unprofessional environment, even for me as a customer. I felt so uneasy that I left the store as quickly as possible. I’m deeply disappointed and disgusted by this experience. Pandora should take better care of both their employees and their customers by ensuring that respectful communication and professionalism are maintained at all times. I will not be returning to this location.
Bought a $240 set of rings last August and by early January one of them was tarnished. I went to claim the warranty with my receipt and they refused to replace it. Highly disappointed with the quality.
Went in today with my mom to look at charms and rings. Michael helped us and he was amazing. We left with several charms and a ring. We also wanted another ring that was out of stock and he helped us order it. He was super nice and service was great!
I went to Pandora in Oakville Place shopping centre, but I was so unsatisfied with the manager there. I always get my jewelry from pandora. I brought a pair of earring that I got from the store because it wasn’t working properly and it was less than a year. The manager there refused to replace the earrings, I have told her that there was already an case open for me through costumer service and that they were going to send me an gift card, but I rather to have an replacement, so the problem should be solved. The manager was so rude to me and did not even want to deal with my problem, and still I stayed calm and talk to her with respect. She tried to fix the earring with her hand and told me it’s working properly now, however it was still not working properly. I had to go into another pandora store, and they have changed the broken pair. I do not deserve to be treated in this way. I shouldn’t be begging to have a replacement it is even in pandora’s website that any exchange, return or replacement will be made within a year if there’s any problem. I wish I could give 0 stars to this place!
Maddie was amazing however you are under staff and you profile customers,I don’t know if they work on commission or not but I was there yesterday I stood there with 2 kids 20 min, asked 1 Asian women to help me she brushed me off and went to help older Caucasian gentleman. So if you are under staffed why are you ignoring people talking to one person 20 min and cant say “excuse me I’m just going to help other people and let you browse for a sec” it’s not a brain surgery, you need to be able to multitask at the end I was so frustrated I walked out I got 0 customer service guess I didn’t look I’m going to buy 355678 charms
Stores have always been fine. Online however is a different story. I ordered a charm 3 weeks before Mother's Day with a guaranteed delivery date prior to then or I would not have ordered. Delivery came over a week past Mother's Day and they sent me a survey to rate my experience after Mother's Day but before the charm arrived. I expressed my displeasure but received NO response. Just goes to show how much customer satisfaction means to them.
I was looking for a prom hat pending and one of the staff immediately told me that it was sold out. I asked if she can ask for it in another location. When i was walked out this pleasant young lady came with the pending, her name is Channelle cudos to her, saving us time and offering us great customer service.
