Had a horrible experience getting my son's necklace repaired. When first notified that it was ready for pick up it was not repaired. The email said "We’ve completed our quality control review to make sure your Jewelry has met our high standards". Obviously they didn't inspect it. Had to come back again when it was ready the second time. The sales slip had two prices on it. The sub-total being the lower price. We were told it was a system problem. We were charged the higher price. Went back to challenge it three times to no avail. Sales person had no power to make the adjustment. When speaking to a close friend they had a similar experience. Maybe this is how you skim extra $$$$ from unsuspecting customers. We are talking about a $7.45 difference. Most would not waste the time and gas to go back and argue this but at this point it was the principle.
Mauritius was very helpful and found me the perfect gift watch within my budget. He took the time to set it up and place the correct date. We will be back!
the customer service today was not there, never is there. had a necklace broke that they stand behind the product not today..... the rudeness and ignoress was unreal. this is not how you deal with customers . maybe your manager can train you better on how to speak to people. the products you sell are trash The response of this review is a great example of the crap service you will receive

My wife and I visited the store Saturday 1st of March. We were treated very badly with very rude comments by one of the staff at the store. People Jeweler management are better watch whom they hire. Otherwise shopper will move away
