I originally met Taline back in September to look at getting my first Rolex. She was super helpful in helping me try on some exhibition pieces and get a feel for exactly what I wanted. She took my info and wait listed me given the high demand for Rolex and (as I expected), I knew I would be looking at a long wait. Fast forward only about 6 weeks and I got the call that my exact watch was in! I came in the following day to pick up and try on—what an amazing experience. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a timepiece to ask for Taline - hands down the best service (and the only representative at any Rolex AD I’ve visited that has shown me care and respect).
